Before submitting order and payment you must contact RC Product Designs, so we can calculate actual shipping charges to the country of destination.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST INCLUDE THEIR PHONE NUMBER OR IN PAYPAL FILL-UP FORM. NO EXCEPTIONS. WITHOUT THE PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE SHIPPED.
All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service - Priority Mail Service, with the exception of International orders, where International postal service will be used.
Return/Refund Policy
Items may be returned to RC Product Designs at the buyer's expense.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment that was received, as long as the following conditions are met:
Items are returned within 15 calendar days of being received.
Items are in their original packaging, and have NOT been opened or used.
You must mail, along with the merchandise, a copy of the original invoice showing the item(s) being returned and state the reason(s) for the return.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise if item(s) were return within the 15 day window.
Merchandise returned after 15 days of original received date will not be accepted and will be returned back at the buyer's expense.
